    Job Description

    The Human Resources Generalist will have comprehensive experience in all facets of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

    The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.

    This role reports to the Division HR Manager.*

    Recruitment :

    full cycle recruitment of salaried roles including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers.*

    Employee Relations :

    Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns.

    Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture.Training and Development :

    Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives.Performance Management :

    Support the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters.HR Reporting and Data Management :

    Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.

    Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Engagement :

    Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Work with leaders on engagement actions and monitor progress.HR Projects :

    Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field4 years experience working in the human resources field.

    SHRM or PHR designation is a plus.Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
