    Responsibilities

    • Working with leadership to align HR initiatives with the corporate mission and strategic initiatives of each department.
    • Administering effective recruitment and retention programs.
    • Compensation & benefits administration and planning.
    • Strategic organizational and personnel planning with company leadership
    • Administration and development of policies and procedures, and performing periodic training and tests.
    • Development of training and career development initiatives.
    • Detailed record keeping

    Requirements

    The successful candidate should have demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with human resources including compensation, employment, employee relations, and organizational development.

    Five to ten years of broad-based experience in human resources including the management of professional staff is preferred.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with superior judgment and maturity.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting human resource management.
    • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
    • Flexibility and experience managing multiple, high priority tasks, and meeting deadlines.
    • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.
    • Knowledge of accounting/financial concepts with ability to understand the business needs of customers served.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is required. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. Must be proficient with MS Applications and have the ability to quickly learn other computer applications as required. Knowledge with SAGE is a plus.

    Desirable 9/80 shift.

    Requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
