    The standard work schedule is Mon - Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.


    Duties/Responsibilities:


    • Greets clients, visitors, and guests providing excellent, friendly customer service.
    • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
    • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
    • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
    • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
    • Be the first line of contact to address customers’ questions, requests, problems and concerns.
    • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, customer account issues or comments.
    • Perform basic financial transactions and record keeping such as taking customer payments and preparing bank deposits.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
    • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
    • Performs basic filing and record keeping.

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:


    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Ability to operate basic office machines and technology such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, credit card machines, etc.


    Education and Experience:


    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One (1) or more years of customer service and/or front office clerical experience.

     

    Physical Requirements:


    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
