Expedites delayed orders and resolves issues with changes, returns, replacements, and credit arrangements. Additionally, Purchasing Agent coordinates with internal teams to ensure that procurement needs are met promptly and efficiently. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or team leader. The Purchasing Agent independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. - Contact manufacturers for pricing and availability.
- Contribute to maintaining pricing and product descriptions in the system.
- Adapt to new duties as the business needs evolve.

Education and Experience:- Requires completion of some college coursework or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Possesses typing skills with a speed of 35-40 words per minute.
Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 10lbs.
- This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
