Purchasing Agent

POSITION – Purchasing Agent

JOB LOCATION – Germantown, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate Start

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire/Direct-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am - 4:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $20-$25/Hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Responsibilities

- Review new orders for inventory availability.

- Issue POs to meet customer requirements and/or internal inventory levels.

- Track purchase order statuses with vendors.

- Facilitate communication regarding POs between both internal and external delivery partners.

Qualifications

- Strong logical and organizational skills.

- Proven success in detail orientated position.

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
