ALL CANDIDATES MUST PASS A DRUG TEST PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Lookups
• Strong organizational skills

Education and Experience:

• Background / experience in purchasing / supply chain management is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is welcome, but not required.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
