Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Support the purchasing department
• Create strong relationships with vendor representatives
• Follow up with all back-orders and missing items for each vendor
• Follow up with inventory for each branch and transfer materials when branch inventory is low
• May need to go into the warehouse to check inventory and follow up on orders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Specific industry-related experience is helpful, but not required; will train the right candidate
• Solid computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility with work demands, meeting constant deadlines, and accomplish assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Must possess the ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English
• Strong motivation to learn and excel within the working environment
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
