JOB SUMMARY:  This individual will be responsible for clerical and data entry duties for the Supply Chain Department of the Holiday Support Facility

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Schedule and confirm vendor delivery appointments
• Setup and maintain supply purchase orders, including quantity and price changes.
• Review, match, code vendor invoices to HSF supply purchase orders and receiving reports
• Monitor Taher and H Brooks orders on a daily basis
• Print labels and pick tickets for order fillers as necessary
• Enter add-ons and adjustments to store orders as necessary
• Assist in cycle counting of smokeless tobacco
• Order gloves, hairnets and breakroom supplies and track inventory of these items
• Assist Purchasing Coordinator when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by HSF Management

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities
• Good problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 year associates degree in business or accounting or equivalent work experience
• 2 years related experience
