Purchasing/Procurement Clerk
Here’s your chance to join a wonderful, family-owned employer as a Purchasing/Procurement Clerk! Our rapidly-growing commercial service client needs an energetic individual to help support technicians and customers in this full-time, direct-hire role.
Responsibilities of the Purchasing/Procurement Clerk

• Correspond daily with customers and field staff
• Order parts and pieces
• Engage vendors and manufacturer representatives to support client and technician needs
• Work collaboratively as part of the service support team
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
• Perform data entry, filing, and additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Purchasing/Procurement Clerk

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Previous inventory, ordering, and/or purchasing experience is a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Positive team player with good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills including MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The Purchasing/Procurement Clerk works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm for $23-$25/hour, depending on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
