Accounting/purchasing assistant based in Westfield, MA. Copying, filing, assist with encumbrances, data entry into state software, other clerical tasks/duties as assigned. Requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of Word and Excel, ability to switch gears, reliable transportation to/from work site, ability to receive instruction and constructive feedback. Ideal candidate will have the ability to work 40/hrs wk., but there is room for some flexibility in scheduling and hours within the conventional workweek. Lunches and breaks are unpaid, parking is free. Prior knowledge of statewide systems (COMMBUYS, MMARS, etc.) is a plus but is not required.
