Receiving Clerk/Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities...

• Responsible for assisting centralized procurement of supplies, equipment and services.  Assigns purchase order numbers to requisitions and enters information into Materials Management's (MM) system. Maintains document retention process for MM. 
• Provides backup to all Material's positions.
• Will also perform a full range of diverse administrative support duties in order to assist both departments' administration.  Enhances department administration effectiveness by providing information management support and presenting a professional manner. 

To qualify you must...

High school degree and 2 years' experience.
