Responsibilities

• Package sold vehicle documents for submission to a Private Tag Agency
• Prepare and process tax and title documents for out-of-state vehicle sales
• Prepare and process title paperwork for used vehicle wholesale transactions
• Prepare and process dealer trades and inter-company vehicle transfers
• Record new and used vehicle inventory purchases and maintain stock folders
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
• Maintain a log of all dealer tags and process annual renewals
• Process all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts
• Accounting computer data posting
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2 years of Automotive Tag and Title clerical experience required
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to submit a background check
