Purchasing Director manages procurement and purchasing operations and implements the strategy to provide the materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing. Maintains strategic supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and implements systems for monitoring performance, assessing risk, and responding to changes in demand or disruptions in the supply chain. The Training Director will prepare for orientation and food safety classes for new team members, create training plans for in restaurant training, order uniforms, track each team member’s training, check in with Certified Trainers, and evaluate team members performance of positions.
