As the Materials and Purchasing Manager you will:

· During the first 30 days learning our systems, business model, competitive advantages, and strategic plans.
· Strengthen your team by updating the roles and responsibilities of your departments and launching a documented cross training plan within 3 months.
· Within 6 months incorporate the procurement of special processes such as plating, heat treating and grinding into your department.
· Within 12 months, propose and begin implementation of updates to our raw material inventory management system to optimize our inventory turns while keeping Work Order fulfillment greater than 85%.
