$41,600 - $55,000 yearly

• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to improve the company’s competitiveness and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchased items and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify pricing opportunities and new products.
• Analyze inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure the availability of products.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of the purchasing process.
• Responsible for Shipping and receiving.
• Some online sales through eBay and other Marketplaces.
• Basic HR functions such as time entry and commission entry.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or related role
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Highly organized with strong data entry proficiency
