What We’re Looking For:

Experience that includes steel manufactuing, production lines, paint line, shipping, and residential construction. It would be perfect for someone that has experience in the manufactured housing industry. We are seeking someone with a passion for construction, who seeks quality, and abides by the company’s standards. The ideal candidate would be process-oriented, able to drive and implement structure in a fast-paced industry.

Scope:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Implement new technologies and processes to improve the shipping, receiving, and purchasing of material/inventory.
• Communication, collaboration, and enhance customer experience.

Key requirements of the role:

• Experience in residential, industrial, steel building, and modular home construction.
• A positive attitude, client-centric approach.
• Ability to build processes and continually refine them for continuous improvement within the organization.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Willingness to grow at a rapid pace.
• Proven success in a similar role.
• 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
• Travel will be required.
• Experience with steel fabrication and building manufactured homes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
