Qualification Requirements
· Bachelor's degree a plus.
· 10 years of purchasing experience with minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a discrete environment.
· Able to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
· Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
· Excel at working with and creating a team environment.
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with various departments – engineering, sales, finance and plant operations.
· Familiarity with MRP and ERP, preferably in Dynamics GP.
· Manufacturing background preferred.
