About M.B. Designs:
We are the anomaly of our industry: we do light construction residential remodels via licensed and bonded trade partners; create construction schedules and budgets; and have an 8,000sf showroom to select finish materials under one roof. Our Designers ARE Project Managers and there’s a team of (5) of us servicing each project ensuring the clients and contractors have a constant point of contact at our studio.
The job is intense, stressful, hilarious, entertaining, challenging (physically and emotionally), and will keep you on your toes as much as it’ll wake you up at night. We cuss (whether we are happy or mad); we laugh and cry with each other; and we thoroughly love our work family. We will not entertain any applicants that do not fit within our culture, are easily offended, and hesitate to help a teammate. We serve each other FIRST so we can give great service to our clients and contractors. We make mistakes and we own them; engage in feedback loops to improve processes; and build each other up so we can grow stronger together.
We service (3) counties and reimburse mileage. We also have a work truck for on-site appointments and deliveries. Driving records MUST BE PERFECT to be on our insurance or use our vehicle. Areas of service: Yakima County, Kittitas County, and Klickitat County.
Our clients: We cater to the discerning, hard-working client that depend on our organization and efficiency in managing their project. We expect complete confidentiality and loyalty to protect our client’s privacy.
Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of the project (PPT documentation, purchasing, scheduling, trade relationships, client meetings to include specification appointments & presenting budgets, customer service, product warranty & claims).
Keeping information confidential in all areas of the business is crucial and expected. We are committed to your career growth and look forward to the opportunity to meet with you one on one. Upon completion of the initial interview, the team will conduct a formal/group-oriented interview to ensure a good fit within our culture.
