The Opportunity: The Customer Segmentation Manager will be responsible for analyzing the buyer, prospect, and registrant files to identify and create unique segmentation opportunities for inbound & outbound marketing, promotion, and suppression that will drive gains in our major KPIs. This includes registration, activation, and rebuy rates that leads to file growth and improved customer lifetime value (CLV). This role is part of our strategic initiative around Personalization and the individual will be a Customer Data Platform (CDP) super user, working jointly with the business owners of our CRM systems, data science teams, promotions/testing planning, and digital and direct-to-consumer marketing channels to test and rollout fully integrated personalized marketing strategies.
