We have an opening for an experienced Supervisor who will oversee the Parts & Warehouse department, Purchasing, and Inventory Control. This role is responsible for the cost-effective procurement of goods and services, inventory control processes, vendor management, product support for field teams, facilities management, and development and oversight of direct reports. This position is onsite in our Minneapolis office and reports to the Company President.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision, hiring, and development of Parts and Warehouse staff.
• Review, approve, and processes purchase orders with local and national suppliers for efficient delivery of salable products, tools, goods, and services including purchases for inventory and immediate demand. 
• Manage inventory control to include coordinating and performing monthly counts, routine audits, identifying inventory loss, and resolution of missing inventory.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility and grounds, including outside vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership team on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.
• Foster and promote a culture of safety.
• Establish effective usage and forecasting tools to support purchasing decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High personal integrity.
• 5 years’ experience preferred in purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Highly motivated and results driven with follow through on commitments. 
• Service oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Hands-on approach to managing people and products.
• Ability to drive change and improvements across the organization.
• Microsoft Suite experience required.
• Diploma required; post-secondary degree preferred.
