The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience. Great growth opportunity! Will be working directly with the CEO. Must be able to work onsite and have very strong Excel. Great growth potential! Responsibilities: Manage and track all purchases and vendor contracts. Research, select, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies. Ensure that all materials are delivered on time and in good condition. Maintain records of all purchases. Communicate with vendors regarding delivery status, warranty status, and other issues. Prepare purchase orders for vendors to confirm order accuracy. Monitor prices on market; make adjustments as needed to ensure cost savings or promotions. Prepare price lists for suppliers based on specifications and availability. Prepare supplier invoices for payment based on agreed upon terms. Ensure that all invoices are accurate and reflect correct pricing. Review vendor bills to ensure that they are accurate and reflect cost information. Prepare credit memos as requested by vendors.
