Quality Assurance (Intermediate)

Personnel Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years’ experience developing, automating and executing test cases and test scripts according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall.
• Experience with functional, non-functional and security testing techniques and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Rational Functional Tester, Selenium, or Browserstack.
• Experience in creating, enhancing, and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Capabilities:

• Execute end-to-end, integration and regression tests.
• Identify test cases for automation from existing test case documentation.
• Configure automated testing tools.
• Create, enhance, debug, and execute test cases.
• Organize and monitor the defect management process.
• Document test automation processes.
• Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data and ensure that all test related work is conducted based on defined standards and procedures.
• Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
• Prepare all reports related to software testing.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, lessons learned and best practices and identify opportunities to improve the quality of code releases.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of tools and testing trends to recommend innovations that enhance and/or streamline the application delivery.
