As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our information technology services. Your responsibilities will include conducting QA procedures, collaborating with development teams, administering change control processes, and documenting testing data and findings.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA procedures to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with applications development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Administer change control processes to maintain zero-defect software development.
• Document testing data, findings, and reports for analysis and improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to assigned managers or supervisors.
• Devise improvements to procedures and recommend new QA practices.
• Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience.
• Thorough knowledge of QA testing methodologies and reporting procedures (1 year required).
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC (1 year required).
• Ability to identify and resolve problems or develop creative solutions (1 year required).
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written (1 year required).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (1 year required).
• Familiarity with application development, technical support, and security practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
