Quality Assurance Analyst - Healthcare jobs in Jamestown, NY

We are currently accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Nurse in our Quality Management department. This position will be scheduled primarily Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.

The Quality Assurance Nurse will provide remote support and quality assurance by evaluating nursing practices to help maximize efficacy and optimize patient care. The Quality Assurance Nurse will monitor data and activities in order to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities and risk. The Quality Assurance Nurse will help facilitate Just Culture and encourage a pro-active approach to improving quality, safety and service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing BS degree desirable. NYS licensure and current registration required. BLS required. ACLS and PALS preferred. Preferred certification in healthcare quality and Preferred Team STEPPS certified or certified trainer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
