Quality Assurance Analyst - Healthcare jobs in Lebanon, PA

• Works with business and IT leadership to develop and execute a quality assurance program.
• Responsible for researching processes and tools and establishing standards to assist in ensuring systems meet required quality objectives.
• Designs effective test planning processes and templates.
• Develops and reviews test plans commensurate with the risk and complexity of the application and system being tested.
• Ensures the effectiveness of the overall quality assurance program.
• Performs highly complex functional, integration and systems testing.
• Develops new testing methods and tools for projects that introduce new technology.
• Provides leadership to business areas to develop acceptance testing criteria.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks all testing defects, taking a leadership role in their resolution as appropriate.
• Evaluates, recommends, and implements tools and methods to automate quality assurance processes, including: repositories, scripting technologies, test data generators, and de-identification tools.
• Defines, develops, and oversees information gathering and reporting of performance metrics to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality assurance program.
• Acts upon the results to continuously improve the quality assurance program.
