    Description

    What We Need you to Do:

    Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:

    • Evaluate business requirement, identify test objectives, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts, update traceability matrixes, and execute integrated system tests consistent with technical design specifications to meet all documented requirements.
    • Participate in project meetings and analyze detailed system factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements and reliability characteristics.
    • Provide team members with constructive feedback on requirements, project checklists, risk log, technical specifications, project schedule and unit test documents as required.
    • Participate in requirements peer reviews, technical peer reviews, test peer reviews and unit test reviews.
    • Prepare and submit test plans, test cases and test summary reports.
    • Update and execute test scripts for regression and back-to-service testing.
    • Plan and execute 508 Compliance tests for system applications and user documentation.
    • Record and effectively communicate all validation issues with project team members.
    • Resolve system validation issues with team members in a proactive manner. Using Automated Testing Tools and Web Application Analyzers prepare and execute automated test scripts as required.
    • Performs tasks related to maintaining technical tools and environment such as PL/SQL Developer, Selenium JMeter, etc.
    • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
    • Participate in special projects as required.
    Requirements

    What We Need you to Bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
    • 5 years of related quality assurance experience writing complex SQL to validate data structures, load, integrity, etc.
    • Significant experience leading multiple software development testing efforts.
    • Strong knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems analysis, design and testing.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5 years of hands on experience related to analyzing data load requirements, developing SQL and executing test cases for a secure Health Information Delivery data warehouse.
    • 5 years of experience with CMMI Level 3 Practices.

    Technical Skills

    • Experience with two or more of the following:
    • PL/SQL Developer or equivalent Database Development Tool
    • Selenium or equivalent Test Automation Tool
    • JMeter or equivalent Load Testing Tool
    • WebInspect or equivalent Vulnerability Scanning Tool
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Microsoft Project
    • SharePoint

    Our Federal contract requires that, if selected for this position, the candidate provide specific documentation verifying authorization to work in the US and access client systems.
