A Day In The Life **Performance Testing Strategy:** Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Design comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans tailored to each project. Identify performance testing objectives, metrics, and success criteria. **Test Execution and Analysis:** Develop performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools. Execute performance tests to assess system behavior under various load conditions. Monitor and analyze test results, identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Collaborate with developers to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues. **Recommendations and Reporting:** Provide clear and actionable recommendations to enhance system performance and scalability. Prepare detailed performance test reports for stakeholders, highlighting findings and proposed solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to implement suggested improvements. **Test Automation** Contribute to the automation of performance tests for continuous integration and regression testing. Maintain and update performance test scripts and frameworks as needed. To Be Successful You Will Possess Experience in leading performance testing for a large Retail Organization and ability to utilize learned quality assurance performance standards to ensure the quality of deliverables. S. Degree in related field or relative experience QA/QC Performance Testing Certified 3-5 years of experience in QA performance testing Proficiency in performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling Strong scripting skills using languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar Understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and network protocols Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex performance issues Experience working with 3 rd party QA/QC teams Come join our team.
