    Must live in or near Fort Wayne to go onsite weekly/every 2 weeks
    W2 ONLY, NO C2C
    We are primarily looking for strong Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering skills, user stories and acceptance criteria expertise;
    leading business sessions to determine business and system requirements and technical specifications. This project is our most critical and largest,
    and will take the next 18 months minimum, with 3 releases, and will replace 3 legacy homegrown system with one platform, with a focus across all of our Operations area, and sponsored by our Chief Operating Officer.
    In addition to excellent BA skills, we are looking for someone who can also pivot and conduct testing; write test scripts, prepare data conditions for test scenarios, and execute testing and work with developers to remediate defects.
    Carrying forward through the project, we feel the right candidate will also be able to use the BA/QA knowledge gained through those phases of the project to support training documentation and content creation, rollout, and training.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Business & Quality Assurance Analyst (BA/QA) role helps define, test, launch, and manage products and applications. As a BA/QA Analyst, you must be a strong problem solver with analytical and critical thinking skills who can identify and document the relevant details of system design, from requirements gathering to final product testing. You will need to interpret complex information from various sources and decide on the best way to move forward to find innovative solutions. You are the go-between with the and the IT department and must be able to explain complex issues in a way that both will understand. The BA/QA Analyst needs the ability to think critically and have a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle process and proactively lead the BA/QA work throughout a project.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Lead workshops and interviews with clear agenda, appropriate and prepared questions related to eliciting specific requirements from variety of business teams
    - Develop business and functional/system requirement documentation.
    - Create, update and validate business processes and technical diagrams
    - Conduct demos, validation workshops and facilitate testing meetings and coordinate user acceptance testing
    - Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, systems requirements, and test cases
    - Work with key project stakeholders to analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
    - Write test plans and test scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems.
    - Align Activities and estimate effort in support of project plan and keep commitments
    - Report on metrics and progress for requirements, testing, and training activities
    - Prepare test data to meet test case conditions if necessary
    - Perform system/performance/regression testing as well as end-to-end testing with other applications and interfaces.
    - Establish quality assurance standards and measures.
    - Develop and deliver internal training related to software product rollout(s)
    - Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, operations, and stakeholders on testing and deployment activities

    REQUIREMENTS
    - 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
    - 3 years of experience working as Quality Assurance Analyst
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    - Process minded approach with experience building detailed process flows
    - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    - Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, including best practices
    - Understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, including best practices
    - Experience creating and delivering training
    - Proficient in process mapping tools
    - Proficient in testing and quality assurance tools
    - Experience creating business/functional requirement documents
    - Experience writing use cases and activity diagrams
    - Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
    - Experience with Azure Devops or other Quality Management/Testing tool solution
    - Experience with Jira or other Requirements documentation tool or solution

    Education
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited degree granting college/university or
    equivalent work experience.
