Position Description

SelectBlinds is in growth mode and we are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality window treatment products.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and customer service, to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Learn and execute quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold the high standards of Select Blinds' products.
• Assist in the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, durability, and overall quality of window treatment products.
• Work with experienced team members to identify, document, and track software defects and quality issues throughout the development life cycle.
• Support in conducting thorough regression testing to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance development processes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of product quality.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Passion for learning and developing skills in quality assurance methodologies and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
