Salary Range : $75 -$80K
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Design, Design Quality Assurance Coordinator will perform real-time assessment of incoming designs, communication of rejection to appropriate designers and managers, update case tracking to reflect rejection status, maintain and share rejection data with applicable support teams, and complete designs from the design queue.
Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Candidates must have expert level of proficiency in 3Shape Dental System for denture/partial design and use of 3Shape Communicate.
• Real-time evaluation of designs sent to queue
• Communication of rejections to designers and managers
• Updating case tracking systems to reflect rejection status
• Maintaining record of rejection data
• Identifying rejection trends and outliers
• Sharing collected data, trends and outliers with applicable support teams
• Completion of digital designs submitted to the queue
• Maintain quality and productivity standards as set forth by Design Leadership team
• Current Aspen team members must be certified as Lab Tech 3 or 4.
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Certified in Digital Denture Design
Experience, Skills & Abilities (i.e., technical, knowledge, etc.):
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Extensive digital denture design experience
• Ability to follow detailed directions without difficulty
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
