Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: LaMarr Civic Center, Eufaula, AL

Salary: $12.00/hr.

Job Description: The Quality Assurance Coordinator has the primary responsibility of ensuring delivery of top quality creative and branded events for the Civic Center. Work closely with the team of employees who perform services. Sign off on the quality of their work before delivering services to the next step in the delivery chain. Identify the cause of quality problems, document them and correct them. The quality assurance coordinator should be able to recognize defects, preventing sub-par products or services from reaching customers that could result in costly returns or a damaged company reputation.

Deliverables

• Understand the client’s targeted event outcome.
• Ensure events are completed within established budgets and timelines to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
• Coordinate all details of events, including pre-planning, accuracy, professionalism, and consistent brand presentation.
• Prepare post-event reports as required by company procedures.
• Review pre-and post-event details and requirements to ensure 100% event readiness.
• Document and report product or service quality levels.
• Develop and implement standards for inspection.
• Develop a workflow for product and service inspection.
• Develop plans to help the company manage products and services.
• Communicate with other team members to solve problems.
• Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
• Train other quality assurance members on all inspection processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience
• Minimum associate degree required.
