    QC/QA Manager 

    Management Responsibilities:
    None

    Department:
    Quality Assurance 

    Experience/Skill Requirements:
    • 5 Years of part quality experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
    • Experience in supervising a small group of associates.
    • Experience as primary customer contact.
    • Proven experience in root cause analysis and leading corrective action initiatives. 
    • Hands-on experience with measuring instruments used to verify part quality.
    • Knowledge in metal stamping, welding, and assembly processes is beneficial, but not required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Detailed oriented with strong self-initiative.
    • Ability to interpret and explain part drawings.
    Responsibilities:
    • Discussing and resolving quality problems reported by the customer.
    • Lead internal investigations to determine root cause and countermeasure for quality problems.
    • Oversee receiving inspection process and verify satisfactory completion of requirements.
    • Primary contact with customers on all new part development quality matters.
    • Prepare monthly reports as required.

    Miscellaneous duties:
    • Maintain (Supplier Quality Assurance Manual)

    Technical Skill Requirements:
    • Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments
    • 3 – 5 years manufacturing quality experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to interpret and explain part drawings. 

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. 
    Work Location: In person
