  • Closing Date: April 25, 2024 @11:00pm CST, or upon the receipt of 50 application submissions.       Quality Assurance Coordinator Department: Community Reintegration Center (CRC) Full-time, Salary Salary Range: $61,900.80 - $73,174.40/yr   Job Summary The Quality Assurance Coordinator will primarily provide support to the CRC in reporting and tracking of internal programming, contracted services and grant funded programming to ensure program and fiscal compliance. The position will monitor individual projects and grants and will maintain detailed documentation. The position will work closely with CRC programming, security, fiscal and DAS procurement staff to ensure contractual and funding requirements are met. The position will support implementation of all programming at the CRC.   Schedule: This position will work 1st shift/day shift, Monday-Friday; hours are flexible.   Job Responsibilities Program Implementation & Management – Provides oversight of all resident programming, to include supporting the planning and implementation phases and activities. Provides oversight of program operations; coordinates data collection and reporting; and identifies resources. Coordinates programs with staff, system partners and community stakeholders. Establishes process of coordination and communication across all projects. Quality Assurance/Compliance Review - Creates and maintains an accurate tracking system of programs and active grants. Works with program staff to ensure compliance with funding guidelines, budget parameters, and reporting requirements. Responsible for performance measures and outcomes being established for each program with a detailed plan to collect the data and report out.  Partnerships - Develops and maintains key partnerships with community partners, stakeholders, families, and staff. Establishes regular meeting cadence with program providers and other stakeholders. Coordinate collaboration between security and programming staff. Progress Monitoring - Monitors the impact and effectiveness of programs. Gathers data and information to submit quarterly, annually or upon request. Policies & Procedures - Stays abreast of evidenced-based programming and current trends in corrections. Assists CRC leadership in the development of policies and procedures related to resident programming, evidence-based programming and data collection. Ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 5 lbs. Other duties as assigned.   Required Education, License/Certification and Experiences Current residency within the State of Wisconsin required Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or Information Systems; Criminal Justice with focus on Analytics; Human Services, Social Work, Public Heath with focus on program evaluation; or closely related field required One (1) year or more of work experience in grants, non-profits, project management or program management required Advanced knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams required   Preferred Experiences Previous experience working at a Correctional Facility preferred Previous experience with enterprise budget software preferred Previous experience with project management software preferred (i.e., Smartsheet) Previous experience with federal application or fiscal management platforms preferred (i.e., grants.gov) Ability to explain technical information in ways that a general audience can understand   Note: This ORIGINAL APPLICATION is open to qualified residents of the State of Wisconsin at the time of application. Candidates need to submit a full account of their training and experience (i.e., by submitting an up-to-date resume or by fully completing the application) during the application process and may also be asked to take additional written or performance tests as part of the selection process.
