The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will work closely with other members of the Organizational Impact(OI) Team to implement and support systems and procedures that support multiple programs to achieve Rubicon’s mission. The QA Coordinator will provide primary support to program staff and managers to meet internal and external data collection and documentation requirements. This may include updating procedures, providing training, interpreting dashboard reports and other tools to analyze performance, reviewing electronic files for monitoring etc. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.
