The primary role of Quality Assurance (QA Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA diagnostic processes. The QA Coordinator will conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions to ensure high quality language access is provided. This role is also responsible for keeping interpreter profiles up-to-date and for providing basic interpreter support.
