Job Summary:

Works in conjunction with the group call center, group operations, & the outside sales team to ensure accurate & timely group invoices.

Primary Functions:

• Responsible for reviewing & completing daily invoice requests.
• Process group refunds & audit cancellation penalties. Determine that the group is properly balanced.
• Assist with invoicing groups for final payment.
• Audit bookings to check rates, commission, waivers, etc., to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy. Adjust rates, commissions, & complimentaries as needed and make other necessary corrections to group accounts in accordance with audit findings.
• Responsible for reviewing various accounting audit reports as assigned to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Work directly with IT on bugs & system modifications.
• Work with the group call center and sales staff to resolve discrepancies. Deliver excellent customer service while keeping the company’s best interest in mind.
• Work as a team with Group Accounting and collaborate on process & system improvements to increase efficiency.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Must have excellent customer service & analytical skills.
• Enjoy problem solving & display good judgment.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Maintain assigned work area in a safe and orderly condition in accordance with company standards. Comply with all company rules and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
