Core Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement (Quality & Production processes)
- Support product / process and SAP updates and internal audits.
- Determine system improvements and implementing changes.
- Quality HOLD bundles disposition.
- Inventory control management.
- Pipe inspection and defect classification.
- Creation and verification of Manufacturing Technical Reports (MTRs) for incoming and finished goods.
- Support investigation of Quality issues.
- Preserve the data integrity of MES and SAP systems.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
- Support QA / QC / Operations and other functional teams.
- Management of SAP QM activities.
- Work with the suppliers in resolving any quality issues by reworks.
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Preferred experience in the Quality Assurance or Control area.
- Experience in SAP (transaction codes for processing) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Must be able to manage all aspects of process control development.
