    Role and Team

    • Reporting to the Body Shop Manager or designated manager, the Quality Process Lead assures the quality of the detail process “First Time Right” is applied by detailers. The QAC also creates individual assignments for detailers, communicates production goals, and leads the designated lane and is also the first point of contact per the designated lane.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for a designated lane in the detail department.
    • Quality control of vehicles
    • Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure focused and clear pictures per detail standards.
    • Responsible for the photo booth and its components.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
    • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
    • Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
