Quality Assurance Coordinator - Healthcare plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.     Some Responsibilities are as follows:

    Over sees reconciliation of errors or omission prior to submitting claims for payments

    Assures that standards and timelines are met in all service related documents
    Receives notices of reportable incidents; Works to secure a site of an alleged incident, including immediate situation controls and immediate safeguards.

    Conducts investigations, writes comprehensive reports

    Education/Experience Required:

    Bachelors Degree with 2 years experience or Associates Degree with Five Years experience in Human Service. Computer Skill are required. Must have a valid New York State Driver’s license and good driving record.
