We are searching for an experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader- 2nd shift at our Anaheim facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
QA Team Lead
Complying with OHP's Quality System as defined on Form# 015 Training Plan.
Scheduling daily QC activities and supporting QC staff accordingly.
Scheduling QC Techs to assigned work zones to support QA
Adhering to Production Schedules and meeting customer ship dates.
Ensuring materials are properly handled, stored / segregated, labeled and transported in order to maintain cleanliness and defined quality attributes.
Ensuring requests for corrective and preventive action are understood and implemented as required.
Ensuring equipment to be used is in suitable, safe operating condition and capable of producing conforming product.
Verifying preventive maintenance and housekeeping activities are completed per procedure.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Verify any instruments or equipment used is calibrated or meets procedural requirements prior to use.
Maintain confidentiality regarding operations, materials, equipment and designs associated with OHP and OHP customers.
Perform quality control operations according to released Quality Instructions (QI's).
Provide constructive input / suggestions to the daily functions at OHP.
