    • Direct efforts for effective implementation of Quality Program and Production Performance Improvement.
    • Monitor and communicate with Operations regarding quality improvement trends, assisting in the development of improvement plans.
    • Lead Monthly Quality and Food Safety Team Meetings.
    • Collaborate with R&D to establish raw material and finished goods standards/specifications by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements, negotiating with suppliers, and devising testing methods.
    • Coordinate, plan, and manage quality assurance activities of the lab, ensuring all standards for quality in testing are met.
    • Oversee the development, preparation, and maintenance of quality assurance manuals and modified methods for HPLC, titration, moisture, density, viscosity, rheological analytical equipment.
    • Maintain relationships, submit samples, and collaborate with third-party accredited laboratories.
    • Ensure all laboratory staff are trained in critical requirements of quality control.
    • Monitor quality assurance data, initiate corrective actions as required, and perform investigations of quality concerns.
    • Facilitate and manage finished goods positive release and process control systems.
    • Achieve quality assurance KPIs by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.
    • Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
    • Accomplish quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining QA and QC technicians and scientists

    It is required that you hold a Bachelor's Degree

    • Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing others required, with progressive experience in managing people and multiple functions in Quality
    • Ability to effectively influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Self-directed individual who can work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communications skills
