Summary of Position:
Uses Kantime to ensure accuracy & completion of clinical notes including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to allow clinicians to be paid in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

Read electronic nurses notes and approve or send for correction

Call nurses to discuss corrections or discrepancies

Verify paper notes are correct

Enter times for paper notes

Mail out Medication Logs for p-charts
-
Scan paper notes into KanTime
-
Enter late note offenses into KanTime journal notes

Review and approve subforms from field clinicians
-
Review and approve EVV timesheets
-
Re-educate field clinicians on charting requirements

Monitor/manage clinical orders

III. Education and Experience Specifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Home health experience a plus!
-
Valid CO RN or LPN License

Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000
