Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and monitoring all activities, supporting the division, Quality and other personnel by acting as a liaison in matters regarding Confidential Company & Customer compliance/standards, policy application, employee relations, and continuous improvement related to the department functions.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Carroll, OH area

Pay Range: $110-130k

What’s the Job?

• Promote the division’s commitment to QUALITY by organizing and implementing all quality systems and policies in order to meet Confidential Company standards, customer standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Develop divisions Quality Program including: policies/procedures, standards, training requirements, etc.
• Develop, organize and implement all Quality System requirements for: existing product lines. quality improvements, engineering changes, new product launches

What’s Needed?

Max of 5

• 5 years in a Quality Manager role in the Automotive manufactuirng industry
• Must possess knowledge and proven skills in one of the following: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; Project management and prioritizing.
• Prior experience implementing ISO / IATF 16949 procedures
• Must have Quality training and experience in; GD&T, 8-D, AIAG standards, Customer Quality Standards, APQP, PPAP submissions, FMEA’s, Control Plans, Statistics and fixture development
