    Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, GMP at our Petaluma site ! We're seeking a meticulous professional to ensure seamless adherence to cGMP compliance in our regulated environment, while also collaborating with external partners including contract manufacturers and laboratories.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Utilize expertise in HPLC equipment for data reviews, method running, and validations, alongside proficiency in analytical lab equipment operation.

    • Review and approve various GMP documents including batch records, specifications, test methods, and validation reports.

    • Oversee deviation and OOS investigations and ensure method transfers meet rigorous standards.

    • Uphold the timeliness and integrity of all work, with a keen eye for technical accuracy.

    • Provide crucial support to new product development and CMO activities in the pharmaceutical domain.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP laboratory or manufacturing setting.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; graduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

    • Demonstrated technical proficiency within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.

    • Track record of implementing, maintaining, and enhancing quality systems, with expertise in SOP development.

    • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams.

    As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is 90,000 - 100,000.
