We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus on performing quality assurance test cases and then documenting those findings for software and hardware along with testing hardware and software applications.

What you'll do:

• Complete quality assurance tests
• Document reported software/firmware bugs using tracking software
• Assist in troubleshooting software/firmware bugs
• Assist in supporting customers during the test phase of software releases
• Perform quality control audits on products leaving the facility

Who we are looking for:

• Must have a working knowledge of computers, quality processes, and software design stages
• Must have an associate's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or four years of relevant experience
• Must have good time management skills
• Must be an effective problem-solver and good communicator to relay testing and troubleshooting information to management
