As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be a champion for food safety, leading the charge in all aspects of quality control. You'll collaborate with plant leadership, ensure compliance with regulations like SQF and GMP, and participate in projects to drive continuous improvement.

Your expertise will be critical in:

• Overseeing HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and Identity Preserved Certifications
• Conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis
• Leading your team of QA technicians
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of food products

To be successful, you'll need:

• SQF experience and PCQI & HACCP certifications
• 3 years of prior QA experience in a food processing environment
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures may be required.
