Are you experienced in an office or other administrative duties? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking candidates with backgrounds in:

• Quality Assurance
• Customer Service
• Microsoft Workspaces and Google Sheets

Please note that this is an in-office position. Our ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 7 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing agent calls to ensure compliance
• Communicating discrepancies with immediate superior
• Accurate and organized documentation
• Preform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year(s) experience in the health insurance field
• 2-40 Health insurance license is preferred, but not required
