Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties:

- Conduct quality inspections and analyze product specifications
- Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with FDA regulations
- Manage quality assurance and quality control activities
- Lead quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement project management strategies for quality initiatives

Experience:

- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a regulated industry
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, QA/QC principles
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
