QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to production quality standards. Monitors and audits process, material, and product testing against established standards and conducts a continuous analysis of quality defects and deviations. Being a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER identifies deficiencies or gaps in testing activities and develops solutions to ensure adequate and robust quality processes. Optimizes processes to comply with existing and new regulatory requirements. Additionally, QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability by overseeing all aspects of the quality management process.  This includes developing and implementing software quality control procedures, defining/driving a test architecture, mentoring team members in best practices, conducting audits and inspections, identifying quality trends, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.  Your experience, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

    How you’ll contribute:

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
    • Lead the QA team in the development, documenation, and deployment of a test architecture (methodology, environments, automation, tools, etc.) for ERP and Corporate Systems.
    • Oversee the development of test plans, test automation, as well as the inspection and testing of systems at various stages of development to identify defects and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and take proactive measures to address potential quality issues.

    What will make you successful:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. 
    • 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a systems development environment, ideally with corporate systems (e.g. Accounting, HR, Procurement, CRM, etc.)
    • 5 years in quality assurance team leadership
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
    • Proactive and results-oriented approach to quality assurance, with the ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
    • A natural mentor/teacher that can help lift your team’s skills, knowledge, and approach.
