This Nurse plays a critical role by ensuring the completion, accuracy, and compliance of our clinicians’ Home Care electronic documentation forms. This Nurse will also act as a clinical resource for matters related to client documentation.

Quality Assurance RN Responsibilities:

• Review client charts for completion, correctness, and accuracy
• Ensure compliance of documentation to meeting Federal, State, and Insurance guidelines
• Be a clinical resource for matters pertaining to documentation and OASIS forms

Quality Assurance RN Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
• Proven attention to detail
• Knowledge of Home Health practices and policies
• Familiarity with OASIS is preferred
